200402402 <br />NOTICE OF AGREEMENT FOR WARRANTY DEED <br />The undersigned hereby give notice of an agreement for sale of real estate which <br />was entered into on or about the .3rci day of February, 2004, by Chester L. Felske, Joan <br />L. Felske and Duane J. Arp, as "Seller" and Leslie A. Ottman and Patricia Ottman, as <br />Buyer, of the real estate legally described as: <br />Tract 1: Part of the Southeast Quarter (SE1 /4) of the Northeast Quarter (NE1 /4) in <br />Section Twenty -Four (24) Township Eleven (11) Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., more <br />particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point on the East line of the Northeast <br />Quarter (NE1 /4) of Section Twenty -Four (24) 1078.0 feet North of the Southeast corner of <br />the Northeast Quarter (NE1 /4) thereof; running thence West parallel to the South line of <br />said Quarter section for a distance of 130 feet; running thence North parallel to the East <br />line of said Section Twenty -Four (24) for a distance of 60.0 feet; running thence East <br />parallel to the South line of said Quarter section for a distance of 133.0 feet to a point on <br />the East line of said Section Twenty -Four (24); running thence South along and upon the <br />East section line for a distance of 60.0 feet to the actual point of beginning.
