DEED OFRECONVEYANCE C_ <br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, <br />under the Deed of Trust dated February 14, 2003, and executed by Megan Lachnit, A Single <br />Person and Eric S.
