The parties are owners of real estate located at 2138 Grand Island Avenue, Grand Island, Nebraska, and legally described as follows: The Easterly 63 feet of Lots One (1 ) and Three {3) , Block Twenty-Three (23) , College Addition to Westlawn, Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. Title to said property is hereby quieted in the name of the Petitioner, Sharon Kay Iwanski, sub�ect to any debt thereon. 4. Each party will be responsible for the debts incurred individually since the date of separation. 5.
