Truell, and the Respondent was present in Court but not represented; .evidence was taken and the Court being fully advised in the premises, FINDS, ORDERS, ADJUDGES AND DECREES as follaws: 1 . That the Court has 3urisdiction over the parties and tY�e subject matter ot this action. 2 . That the marriage of the parties is irretrievably braken and that reconciliation att�mpts have failed and that the marriage is hereby dissolved. 3 . That the Property Settlement Agreement as filed with the Court is herPby approved by the Court and incorporated herein by reference with the same force and effect as if it were set out in full. That each of the parties is hereby Ordered to comply with the terms of the Property Settlement Agreement. 4. The court costs are taxed to the Respondent and the Respondent shall pay $300.00 in attorney' s fees for the benefit of the Petitianer as set fvrth in the Property Settlement Agreement. 5. This Decree will not become fir�al unti? six (6) months from the date hereof or upon the death of either of the parties hereto, except for purposes of appeal during which time neither of the parties are free to remarry. Provided further, that if the Decree is not vacated or modified during the six (6) month periad or unless proceedings for vacatian or modification are pending at the expiration of that date, this Decree will become final without further.
