<br />PERMANENT DRAINAGE EASEMENT
<br />DONALD G. AND DEBORAH J. RAZEY, husband and wife, herein called the
<br />Grantors, in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) and other consideration, receipt of which is
<br />hereby acknowledged, hereby grants and conveys unto the
<br />CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA,
<br />a municipal corporation in Hall County, Nebraska, herein called the Grantee, a permanent and
<br />perpetual right -of -way and easement to construct, operate, maintain, extend, repair, replace and
<br />remove a storm water drainway and lines, manholes, and all other appurtenances necessary for a
<br />storm water drainage system upon, in, under and through a tract of land comprising a part of Lot
<br />Two (2), Firethorn Estates Subdivision, City of Grand Island, Nebraska, located in the Southwest
<br />quarter (SW 1/4) of Section Twenty - Seven (27), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9)
<br />West, in Hall County, Nebraska more particularly described as follows:
