99 146 �2� southwest corner of Lot Four(4), in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the City's Director of Public Works, and subject to the City's inspection. 2. Temporary Turnaround. The Subdivid�r agrees to construct a temporary cul-de-sac turnaround, having a diameter of one hundred (100.0) feet, on that portion of Wilmar Avenue and Lot Four (4) [including a temporary cul-de-sac easement as required] located immediately east of the constructed and paved portion of Wilmar Avenue. The Subdivider shall construct this temporary cul-de-sac with a four(4.0) inch layer of crushed rock or crushed asphaltic concrete, over regular compaction to the satisfaction of the Director of Public Works. The Developer will be responsible for maintaining the temporary cul-de-sac to the satisfaction of the Director of Public Works until Wilmar Avenue improvements are extended. 3. Water. Public water is available to the subdivision, and the Subdivider agrees to extend, connect and provide water services to all lots in the subdivision in phased construction at the time of their development in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Director of Public Works, and subject to the City's inspection. The Subdivider agrees to provide water service to serve Lots Three(3) and Four(4)when Wilmar Avenue improvements are extended. 4. Sanitary Sewer. Public sanitary sewer is available to the subdivision, and the Subdivider agrees to extend, connect and provide sanitary sewer service to all lots at the time of their development in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Director of Public Works, and subject to the City's inspection. The sanitary sewer line shall be extended to the north line of West North Front Street, and shall be a minimum sanitary sewer size of ten (10) inches.
