<br />the Deed of Trust dated September 26, 2001, executed by Rosellyn K. Enevoldsen, a Single Person,
<br />as Truster, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee,
<br />which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, on October 3,
<br />2001, recorded as Instrument No. 0200110019 and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points
<br />Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust
<br />above mentioned as follows:
