DEE D OF RECONVEYANCE <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: . <br />WHEREAS, by Trust Deed dated May 15, 1998 and recorded in the Real Estate Records of <br />County, Nebraska as Document # 98- 104897 Dale L. Sheeks Sr. and Jacqueline Sheeks <br />husband and wife, did convey certain real estate therein described in trust unto Arend R. Baack, <br />Attorney at Law, as Trustee for the benefit of GRAND ISLAND INVESTMENT CO., <br />therein referred to as Beneficiary; <br />WHEREAS, the obligations secured by said Trust Deed have been satisfied and said Trustee has received <br />written request by such Beneficiary to re- convey the trust property from the Beneficiary; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, Arend R. Baack, Attorney at Law, in his capacity as Trustee under the above - <br />described Trust Deed, herein called the Grantor, in consideration of the satisfaction of the indebtedness <br />evidenced by such Trust Deed received from Grantees, does hereby release and re- confirm unto the <br />person or persons entitled thereto, herein called the Grantees, the following described real property in <br />County, Nebraska: <br />Lot Eight (8) and the East One -Third (1/3) of Lot Seven (7), Block Eight (8), <br />Gladstone Place, an Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska <br />to have and to hold the above - described premises, together with all tenements, hereditaments and <br />appurtenances thereto belonging, unto the Grantees and to the Grantee's heirs and assigns forever. <br />Dated: December 20, 2001 <br />State of Nebraska ) <br />County of Hall ) <br />Arend R.
