200113323 <br />County, Nebraska, known as River Lot No. Two, more particularly described as follows: <br />Beginning at the East One Quarter corner of said Section 36, thence Southerly along and <br />upon the East line of said Section 36 (also the Hall County line), a distance of 360 feet; <br />thence deflecting right 41 degrees 46'30" and running up the left bank of the Platte River, <br />a distance of 447.1 feet, to a point; thence deflecting left 2 degrees 06' 30" and running up <br />the left bank of the Platte River, a distance of 1,565.34 feet, to a point on theWest line of <br />River Lot No. Two, said point also being on the East line of River Lot No. One; thence <br />Northerly along and upon the West line of River Lot No. Two, a distance of 1,900.02 <br />feet, to the Northwest corner of the East One Half of the Southeast Quarter; thence <br />easterly along and upon a line through the center of said Section 36, a distance of <br />1,307.41 feet, to the point of beginning and containing 33.58 acres more or less of which <br />3.15 acres more or less are occupied by highway right -of -way: except that real estate <br />which has been recorded as Document No. 2000 - 10296, and more particularly described <br />as follows: <br />A tract of land located in Section 36, Township 11 North, Range 9 West of the 6th P.M., <br />Hall County, Nebraska, and more particularly described as follows: <br />Commencing at the Northwset corner of the East Half of the Southeast Quarter (NW <br />Corner, E `/2 SE' /4) of Section 36; thence on an assumed bearing of South 01 degrees 13 <br />minutes 35 seconds East along the West line of said E' /2 SE' /4 a distance of 1285.53 feet <br />to a point being the Northwest corner of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter <br />(NW Corner, SE 1/4 SE 1/4) of said Section 36; thence continuing South 01 degrees 13 <br />minutes 35 seconds East along said West line a distance of 792.12 feet to the point of <br />beginning; thence South 65 degrees 39 minutes 35 seconds East a distance of 330.35 feet; <br />thence South 00 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds West a distance of 295.90 feet to a point <br />on the West line of said SE'/4 SE 1 /a; thence North 01 degrees 13 minutes, 35 seconds <br />West along said West line a distance of 247.05 feet to the point of beginning.
