Fowle and Barbara A. Fowle, husband and wife, GRANTOR, in <br />consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable consideration, conveys to <br />GRANTEE, Juvenal Rodriguez and Maria E. Rodriguez, husband and wife, as joint tenants and <br />.not as tenants in common, the following described real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. § 76- <br />201): <br />A tract of land described as follows: Commencing at the Southeast corner of a tract commonly known as <br />"Huston's Reserve" and more particularly described in deed recorded in Book 86 at Page 237 of the <br />official deed records of Hall County, Nebraska, the same being part of the Southeast Quarter of the <br />Southeast Quarter (SE1 /4 SE1 /4) of Section Eight (8), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West <br />of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska; and running thence West on the South line of said "Huston's <br />Reserve" tract a distance of One Hundred Thirty -eight and Five Tenths (138.5) feet; running North at right <br />angles and parallel to the East side of "Huston's Reserve" tract a distance of Forty -four (44) feet; running <br />thence East and parallel with a South line of "Huston's Reserve" tract a distance of One Hundred Thirty - <br />eight and Five Tenths (138.5) feet to the East side of said "Huston's Reserve" tract; and then running <br />South and along and upon the East line of said tract a distance of Forty -four (44) feet to the point of <br />beginning. <br />GRANTOR covenants (jointly and severally, if more than one) with GRANTEE <br />that GRANTOR: <br />is lawfully seized of such real estate and that is free from encumbrances, EXCEPT <br />subject to easements, reservations, and restrictions of record; <br />2. has legal power and lawful authority to convey the same; <br />3. warrants and will defend title to the real estate against the lawful claims of all <br />persons. <br />Executed: �&W\PK �i p <br />201. <br />STATE OF ' OdksLt` <br />COUNTY OF 41�-- <br />Larry W.
