<br />WHEREAS, a portion of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />AUGUST H. PETERS AND ELAINE A. PETERS, HUSBAND AND WIFE, as Trustor, to the
<br />undersigned, JAMES I. SHAMBERG, County of HALL, State of Nebraska, as Trustee, dated the
<br />15TH day of SEPTEMBER, 1992, and recorded on SEPTEMBER 15, 1992 as Document No.
<br />92- 108001 in the office of the Register of Deeds of HALL County, State of Nebraska, and
<br />assigned to U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS CUSTODIAN/TRUSTEE in an
<br />Assignment dated JUNE 25, 2002 and recorded as Document No. 0200207155 has been
<br />repaid.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to written request made by U.S. BANK NATIONAL
<br />ASSOCIATION AS CUSTODIAN/TRUSTEE, the assignee of Beneficiary named in such Trust
<br />Deed, the undersigned hereby grants and reconveys to the parties entitled thereto, without
<br />warranty, all the estate and interest derived to the undersigned under the Trust Deed in that
<br />portion of the property therein described, situated in HALL County, Nebraska, described as
<br />follows:
<br />SEE ATTACHED EXHIBIT 'A' — LEGAL DESCRIPTION
<br />As to all other property described in the Trust Deed, the Trust Deed remains in full force
<br />and effect.
