<br />and Sandra K. Headley, as joint tenants and not as tenants in
<br />common, as Successor Beneficiary, whose mailing address is c/o

<br />a Deed of Trust dated the 14th day of April, 1999, and recorded in
<br />the Office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />Instrument No. 99- 104030, which is a lien upon:
<br />The South Half of the Southwest Quarter (S28W4) of
<br />Section Five (5), Township Ten (10) North, Range Twelve
<br />(12) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />given by M & B Farms, a Partnership, as Trustor, to Reva L. Headley
<br />as the initial Beneficiary of said Deed of Trust together with the
<br />indebtedness secured thereby as evidenced by an Agreement for Sale
<br />and Purchase of Real Estate dated December 22, 1998, between the
<br />parties, and any related Promissory Note, if any.
