Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust BRUCE T RASMUSSEN AND
<br />DONNA J RASMUSSEN, HUSBAND AND WIFE to Arend R Baack, Trustee, for the benefit
<br />of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND,
<br />NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated MAY 8, 2000 and recorded JUNE 20, 2000
<br />in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument Number
<br />0200005001 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of o
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
