Cramer, Trustee of the Douglas P. <br />Cramer Revocable Trust dated February 28, 2001 and Deborah J. Pierce - Cramer, Trustee of the Deborah J. Pierce- Cramer <br />Revocable Trust dated February 28, 2001, herein called the grantor whether one or more, in consideration of One Dollar <br />and other valuable consideration received from grantees, do hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto Bradley <br />D. Blake and Angela M.
