<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by Trust Deed executed by Grand Island Area
<br />Housing Corporation
<br />To AREND R. BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN
<br />ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated May 23, S
<br />2001, and recorded June 4, 2001, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />Instrument Number 0200105213, and modified using Deed of Trust Modification Agreement dated June
<br />8, 2001 and recorded June 14, 2001 and Instrument Number 0200105670, has been paid, and said
<br />beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, release and
<br />reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or
<br />through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such premises;
<br />The Southerly Ninety -One (91) Feet of Lot Five (5), Block Eight (8), Original town, now city of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />together with all building, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
