DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT, WHEREAS all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust, hereinafter called the
<br />Trust Deed, executed by Lucille Delaney, as Trustee of the Lucille Delaney Trust, to Platte
<br />Valley State Bank & Trust Company, as Trustee, for the benefit of Platte Valley State Bank &
<br />Trust Company, the Beneficiary named therein, dated the 7th day of February, 2003 and
<br />recorded on the 10th day of February, 2003, at the Register of Deeds Office, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />as Inst No. 0200301634, has been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary named in the Trust Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents grant,
<br />remise, release, and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and estate
<br />derived to said Trustee by or through the Trust Deed, in and to the following- described real
<br />property (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. Section 76- 1001):
<br />The South half of the Northeast Quarter (S1/2NE1/4) of Section Twenty -
<br />five (25), Township Nine (9) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 61h P.M,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska EXCEPT that portion conveyed in the Warranty
<br />Deed recorded in Book 77, Page 459 and EXCEPT that portion condemned
<br />by the Return of Appraisers recorded in Miscellaneous Book 17, Page 477,
<br />all in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska
