<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT, WHEREAS all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust, hereinafter called the
<br />Trust Deed, executed by Michael T Leaman and Ralisa E Leaman husband and wife, as
<br />Trustor, to Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, as Trustee, for the benefit of Platte
<br />Valley State Bank & Trust Company, the Beneficiary named therein, dated the 29th day of
<br />August, 2003 and recorded on the 81h day of August, 2003, at the Register of Deeds Office, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska as Inst No. 0200311908, has been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested that
<br />this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary named in the Trust Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents grant,
<br />remise, release, and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and estate
<br />derived to said Trustee by or through the Trust Deed, in and to the following- described real
<br />property (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. Section 76- 1001):
<br />Lot One (1) and the Northerly Sixty (60) Feet of Lot Two (2), in Block Two
<br />(2), in Farmington Second Subdivision, a subdivision located upon a part of
<br />the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SE1 /4SW1/4) of Section
<br />Twenty -one (21), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the
<br />61h P.M., Hall County, Nebraska
