Mayer, <br />Jr., and the Herbert F. Mayer, Jr. Trust (hereafter "Borrower "). In this regard, the parties agree as <br />follows: <br />1. The Trust Deed with Future Advances ( "Trust Deed ") is recorded in the office of <br />the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska on December 23, 1992 as Instrument No. 92- <br />110962, pertaining to the property described below: <br />See Attached Exhibit "A" <br />The Trust Deed is amended as follows: <br />a) The maturity date of the Trust Deed shall be adjusted to January 1, 2006. <br />b) Title to the property is now vested in: Herbert F. Mayer, Jr., and Katharine S. <br />Mayer, as Trustees for the Herbert F. Mayer, Jr. Trust. <br />C) All other terms, conditions and covenants of the Trust Deed shall remain <br />unchanged and shall continue to remain in full force and effect. Borrower agrees <br />that this Trust Deed is the first lien against the real estate set forth above. <br />2. The Assignment of Leases and Rents recorded on December 23, 1992 as <br />Instrument No. 92- 110963 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska is <br />amended as follows: <br />a. The maturity date of the Assignment of Leases and Rents shall be adjusted to <br />January 1, 2006. <br />b.
