<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE OF A PORTION
<br />OF PROPERTY COVERED BY DEED OF TRUST 2 ry 0 1 UZ 0 O
<br />WHEREAS, THE UNDERSIGNED, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, under the Deed of Trust dated October 11, 2000 executed by Lloyd M. marshalek and
<br />Sharon R. Marshalek, Husband and Wife, as Trustors, in which Five Points Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska
<br />is named as Beneficiary, and as Trustee, which Deed of Trust was recorded as Instrument No. 0200008691
<br />in the Register of Deeds Office of Hall County, Nebraska, on the 19th day of October, 2000.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Trust Deeds, the v
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled
<br />thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder in and the attached real estate described to -wit:
<br />Part of Lot Eight (8) of Norwood Subdivision of part of the West Half of the Northwest Quarter (W1/2 NW1 /4)
<br />of Section Ten (10) in Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the Sixth P.M., Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, more particularly described as follow: to -wit: Commencing at a point One Hundred and Six (106)
<br />Feet West of the Southeast corner of said Lot Eight (8) and running thence North a distance of Two Hundred
<br />and Twenty -Six (226) Feet, thence West a distance of Seventy-Six (76) Feet, thence South a distance of
<br />Two Hundred Twenty Six (226) Feet to the South boundary line of said Lot Eight (8), thence running East
<br />along the South Boundary line of said Lot Eight (8) a distance of Seventy-Six (76) Feet to the point of
<br />beginning.
<br />PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the aforesaid Deed of Trust dated October, 11, 2000, as Instrument
<br />No. 200008691 in the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, shall remain in full force and effect as to
<br />all real estate not herein reconveyed.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance at Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska, this 19th day of December, 2001.
