<br />EASTERLY LINE OF THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED ABOVE, AND SUBJECT TO A RIGHT OF WAY HERETOFORE GRANTED OVER AND
<br />UPON THE EASTERLY FOUR (4) FEET OF THE HEREIN CONVEYED TRACT, IT BEING UNDERSTOOD THAT THE EASEMENTS
