No. <br />0200104491, rerecorded as Inst. No. 200105711, all in the Register <br />of Deeds Office of Hall County, Nebraska, executed by Steven L. <br />Kelly a /k /a Steven Kelly and Dianna K. Kelly, husband and wife, as <br />Trustors, in which Jeanne Baer is named as Beneficiary, hereby <br />gives notice that a breach of obligation for which the Trust <br />Property was conveyed as security has occurred. The nature of such <br />breach is the Trustor's failure to make payment of interest when <br />due in accordance with the terms of said Trust Deed. You are <br />hereby notified that because of such default the indebtedness <br />secured by said Trust Deed is accelerated and as of December 1, <br />2001, is in the amount of $43,852.64 plus interest and late charges <br />thereafter, and further notified that because of such default, the <br />undersigned has elected to sell or cause to be sold the Trust <br />Property to satisfy the obligation under the Trust Deed.
