No. 2000- <br />05274, in the Register of Deeds Office of Hall County, Nebraska, <br />executed by Barbara Ellen Wize, single, a /k /a Barbara E. Wize, as <br />Trustor, in which Wayne R. Stock, Inc., a Nebraska corporation, is <br />named as Beneficiary, hereby gives notice that a breach of <br />obligation for which the Trust Property was conveyed as security <br />has occurred. The nature of such breach is the Trustor's failure <br />to maintain hazard insurance in accordance with the terms of said <br />Trust Deed. You are hereby notified that because of such default <br />the indebtedness secured by said Trust Deed is accelerated and as <br />of December 1, 2001, is in the amount of $36,2224.10 plus interest <br />and late charges thereafter, and further notified that because of <br />such default, the undersigned has elected to sell or cause to be <br />sold the Trust Property to satisfy the obligation under the Trust <br />Deed.
