<br />excepting a certain tract more particularly described in Book 94, Page 70
<br />from Lacy Construction Company, a Nebraska corporation, formerly known as Lacy
<br />Building & Supply Co., a Nebraska corporation, to Kayton Properties, L.L.C., a Nebraska
<br />limited liability company, the undersigned hereby assigns to Kayton Properties, L.L.C., all
<br />of its right, title and interest in and to that certain license agreement recorded as Document
<br />No. 95- 108757 in the Register of Deeds office, Hall County, Nebraska, said license
<br />agreement being attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
