200113133 DURABLE POWER OF ATTORNEY (Relating to My Financial Affairs) I, LUCY F. BROBST, of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, appoint Edwin J. Bills, to serve as my attorney -in -fact ( "Agent") to act for me subject to the provisions of this instrument.
