Stat. 76 -201): <br />The Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (NE1 /4 SW1 /4) and Lots One (1), Two <br />(2), and Three (3) in Section 36, Township 10 North, Range 11 West of the 6 P.M. in Hall <br />County, Nebraska, excepting therefrom seven (7) certain tracts of land described as follows: <br />Tract recorded in Book 135, Page 571 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, <br />Nebraska; tract of land deeded to 1) Mobile Oil Corporation set forth in Warranty Deed recorded <br />in Book 161, Page 440 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska; 2) tract <br />of land deeded by Survivorship Quitclaim Deed to Walter H. Luers and Prue R. Luers as set <br />forth in Deed recorded in Book 168, Page 439 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall <br />County, Nebraska; 3) tract of land deeded by Warranty Deed to Larry N. Fogleman and Betty J. <br />Fogleman recorded in Document #84- 005836 (which Warranty Deed to Larry N. Fogleman and <br />Betty J. Fogleman is corrected by Corrective Warranty Deed recorded as Document #85- <br />001420) in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska; 4) tract of land deeded <br />by Warranty Deed to Hall County recorded in Document #85- 000164 in the Office of the <br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska; and 5) tract of land by Corporate Deed to Dwight <br />H. Bond and Dennis R. Bond as set forth and recorded as Document #89- 102156 in the Office <br />of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. <br />All that portion of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (SW1 /4 NE1 /4) and <br />the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (SE1 /4 NW1 /4) in Section 36, Township 10 <br />North, Range 11 West of the 6 P.M. in Hall County, Nebraska, that lies South of a tract of land <br />condemned by the State of Nebraska as recorded in return of appraisers in Book 9, Page 427 of <br />Miscellaneous Records on file in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, <br />containing 147.9 acres, more or less. <br />subject to easements, reservations, covenants and restrictions of record. <br />GRANTOR has determined that GRANTEE is the person entitled to distribution of the <br />real estate from said Estate.
