<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by:
<br />O'CONNOR ENTERPRISES INC,
<br />to AREND R BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND
<br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated
<br />DECEMBER 22, 1999 and recorded DECEMBER 22, 1999 in the Office of the HALL COUNTY
<br />REGISTER OF DEED'S OFFICE OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, as DOCUMENT #99- 112020,
<br />has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be
<br />executed and delivered; ALSO RELEASING AN EXTENSION AGREEMENT DATED OCTOBER
<br />10, 2003 AND RECORDED OCTOBER 17, 2003 AS DOC # 0200313823;; A DEED OF TRUST
<br />MODIFICATION AGREEMENT DATED OCTOBER 10, 2003 AND RECORDED OCTOBER 17,
<br />2003 AS DOC # 0200313822; AND AN ASSUMPTION AGREEMENT DATED OCTOBER 10,
<br />RECORDED OCTOBER 17, 2003 AS DOC # 0200313821;
<br />THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the beneficiary
<br />named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey
<br />to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through
<br />said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such premises:
<br />FRACTIONAL LOT 5, IN FRACTIONAL BLOCK 46, IN PACKER AND BARR' S 2ND
<br />ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, AND THE
<br />SOUTH ' /z OF VACATED CLARENCE STREET
<br />Together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
