TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOWN' ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />MARCUS J BUETTNER A/K/A MARK BUETTNER A/K/A MARCUS JON
<br />BUETTNER, A SINGLE PERSON to Arend R Baack, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME
<br />FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the
<br />beneficiary named therein, dated SEPTEMBER 9 2003 and recorded SEPTEMBER 23 2003
<br />in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument 200312664 has
<br />been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be
<br />executed and delivered:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to
<br />such premises:
<br />LOTS ELEVEN (11) AND TWELVE (12) BLOCK FIVE (5) FIRST ADDITION TO WOOD
<br />RIVER, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />Together with all buildings, fixtures, isr_provenients and appurtenances belonging to such
<br />premises.
