<br />200402117 DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under
<br />the Deed of Trust dated January 10, 1997, executed by Douglas W. Schultz, a Single Person, as
<br />Trustor, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which
<br />was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, on January 14, 1997,
<br />recorded as Document No. 97- 100292 and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points
<br />Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust
<br />above mentioned as follows:
<br />The East Half of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (E' /2NE' /4N W' /4) of Section Twenty Five (25),
<br />Township Ten (10) North, Range Eleven (11) West of the 6'h P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, excepting a certain tract
<br />more particularly described in Quitclaim Deed recorded in Book 164, Page 328.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska, this 25th of February, 2004.
