<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by:
<br />KERRY K SUPENCHECK AND TERI S SUPENCHECK, HUSBAND AND WIFE

<br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated
<br />JULY 24, 2001 and recorded JULY 30, 2001 in the Office of the HALL COUNTY REGISTER OF
<br />DEED'S OFFICE OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, as DOCUMENT #0200107477, has been paid,
<br />and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and
<br />delivered;
<br />THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the beneficiary
<br />named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey
<br />to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through
<br />said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such premises:

<br />BEGINNING AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SAID NEIA SETA AND RUNNING WEST
<br />ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF SAID NEIA SE 1 A, A DISTANCE OF 660.02 FEET; THENCE A
<br />DEFLECTING ANGLE LEFT 134 045'20" AND RUNNING 929.42 FEET SOUTHEASTERLY TO
<br />A POINT ON THE EAST LINE OF SAID NEIA SEIA, THENCE A DEFLECTING ANGLE LEFT
<br />134 045'20" AND RUNNING NORTH 660.02 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
<br />Together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
