<br /> 68803, my true and lawful attomey in fact for me and in my name, place and stead, on my
<br /> behalf and for my use and benefit pursuant to Nebraska Revised Statute § 30-2664. This Power
<br /> of Attorney shall become effective upon my disability or incapacity. Any action taken by my
