Webb Road, P.O. 5138, Grand <br />Island, NE 68802 ( herein after called "Lender "), and Janine Bayles, herein after called <br />the( "Lienholder "), Grand Island, Nebraska. <br />RECITALS <br />Lien Holder, Bayles, is the Mortgagee under a Mortgage, dated November 6, 1990, <br />executed by Jean Claude Dubois (one of the "Debtors ") which was recorded as <br />instrument # 90- 106412 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of HallCounty, State of <br />Nebraska, ( the "Subordinated Instrument ") covering property located in the above - <br />named county of Hall, State of Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: (the <br />"Property "). <br />THE EAST ONE HALF (E %2) OF LOT EIGHT (8), AND ALL OF LOT NINE (9), <br />IN FRACTIONAL BLOCK SEVENTEEN (17) IN SCHIMMER'S ADDITION TO THE <br />CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. <br />Provided that this Subordination Agreement, only subordinates the lien of LIEN <br />HOLDER, JANINE BAYLES, on the partial actually described herein. <br />Lender will make a loan to the Debtors, Jean Claude Dubois, a single person and <br />Bessie I. McCoy fka Bessie I. Dubois, a single person, (owners as tenants in common), <br />secured by a deed of trust on the Property described herein which will be recorded as (the <br />"lender Instrument ").
