DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee,
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated March 3, 1997, executed by James A. Atwood and Donna J.
<br />Atwood, Husband and wife, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the
<br />undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, as Document # 97- 101748 on the 12th day of March, 1997, and a
<br />Modification of Deed of Trust dated December 30,1999 executed by James A. Atwood and
<br />Donna J. Atwood, Husband and wife, which was recorded in the office of the Register of
<br />Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, as Document #0200000234 on the 10th day of January, 2000,
<br />and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed
<br />of Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />LOT THIRTY -SIX (36) CAPITAL HEIGHTS SEVENTH SUBDIVISION TO THE CITY
<br />OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of
<br />Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed
<br />of Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person
<br />or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
