Each Owner shall maintain the exterior of any <br /> building located on such Owner's Parcel(s) in a quality and condition comparable to that of first <br /> class shopping centers of comparable size and nature located in the same geographic area as the <br /> Shopping Center. All Service Facilities and all satellite dishes, systems, and similar equipment, <br /> shall be attractively screened from view from the customer parking areas. <br /> (h) Direction of Entries. Each building on Parcels 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 shall face <br /> the main parking lot for the Parcel on which it is located.
