<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by Growth
<br />Management Corporation- Nebraska, A Nebraska Corporation, to City Bank and Trust Co.,
<br />Trustee, for the benefit of City Bank and Trust Co., the Beneficiary named therein, dated July 11,
<br />1997 and Recorded July 16, 1997 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Inst.
<br />#97- 105668 of the Real Estate records of said County has been paid and said Beneficiary has
<br />requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by
<br />its endorsement below:

<br />request of the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by there presents,
<br />grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and

<br />Gardens, an Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />TOGETHER WITH all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to
