He is a resident of Hall County, Nebraska, and that he is <br /> the Treasurer of Pipers Glen Homeowners Association, a non-profit � <br /> Nebraska Corporation, organized to provide for the maintenance, <br /> preservation and architechural control of the residential lots and <br /> common area with a certain tract of property. <br /> 2. Pursuant to the By-Laws and Declaration of said Homeowners <br /> Association, the Association has established an assessment against <br /> its members in the amount of $480.00 per year in increments of <br /> Forty Dollars ($40.00) per month so as to enable the <br /> Association to carry out its purposes as stated hereinabove. <br /> 3. John and Maria Puente, by virtue of being the owners of the <br /> real estate described as Lot Twenty Four (24), Pipers Glen Subdivision, <br /> in-t�e City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, is a member of <br /> said Pipers Glen Homeowners Association and therefore subject to the <br /> terms and conditions of the By-Laws and Declarations of said Homeowners <br /> Association. <br /> 4. Said John and Maria Puente have failed to pay to the Pipers <br /> Glen Homeowners Association the assessment against Lot Twenty Four (24), <br /> Pipers Glen Subdivision, in the Ci�ty of Grand Island, Nebraska for a <br /> period of time from April 1, 1998 through June 1, 1999, for a total <br /> amount owing to said Homeowners Association in the amount of Five Hundred <br /> Ninety-Nine Dollars ($599.00) plus interest thereon at the rate allowed <br /> by Law.
