ALDANA, unmarried, herein called the mortgagor, in con- - <br /> sideration of the sum of FIFTY-TWO THOUSAND AND NO/100--( $52,OOQ. 00) -- °�j <br /> DOLLARS received from mortgagee, does mortgage to M. JOHN BAILEY, <br /> herein called the mortgagee, the following described real property in <br /> Hall County, Nebraska: <br /> Lots One ( 1) and Two ( 2) , Block Thirteen (13 ) , <br /> Clarkson` s First Addition to �he Village of Alda. <br /> And the mortgagor dQes hereby covenant with the mo�tgagee and <br /> with mortgagee`s heirs and assigns that mortgagor is lawfully sei5ed <br /> of said premises, that they are free from encumbrance, that mortgagor <br /> has good right and lawful authority to convey the same, and that <br /> mortgagor warrants and will defend the title to said premises against <br /> the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever. <br /> This mortgage is given to secure the payment of the promissory <br /> note of this date made by mortgagar for $52,Q00. 00 payable aceording <br /> to the terms of said note. The final installment of principal and <br /> interest shall be due seven years from the date hereof. <br /> Mortgagor shall pay all taxes and assessments levied upon said <br /> real property and all other taxes levied on this mortgage or the note <br /> which this mortgage is given to secure before the same become delin- <br /> quent and shall maintain fire, windstorm and extended coverage insur- <br /> ance with a mortgage clat�se on the buildings an said premises in the <br /> sum of insurable value.
