GION ) SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT <br />Respondent. ) <br />i•i•• 77 <br />Petitioner and Respondent do hereby agree as follows: <br />1. This agreement is made in contemplation of this <br />Court entering a decree dissolving the marriage of the parties <br />hereto in this action. This agreement shall become effective <br />only upon its being approved by this court in this action. <br />When approved, this agreement shall be made a part of the <br />decree of dissolution of marriage by attaching it thereto as <br />an exhibit and incorporated therein by reference. <br />2. The marriage of the parties is irretrievably broken <br />and every reasonable effort to effect reconciliation has been <br />made. <br />3. In satisfaction of the petitioner's obligations of <br />support and maintenance, the petitioner will pay alimony to <br />the respondent through the office of the Clerk of the District <br />Court of Hall County, Nebraska in the sum of $750.00 each month <br />beginning on the first day of the month next following the entry <br />of a decree of dissolution of marriage in this cause, and such month - <br />00 <br />ly payments shall continue until the total sum of $-131) 575 - <br />without interest, has been so paid to the gel 'r 4 ''_'kt <br />5. The personal residence premises of the respondent <br />shall be her sole and separate property. Such premises are <br />described as follows: <br />All of Lot Forty -Nine 49) and East 21.5 feet of <br />Lot Fifty (50), and the South 8 feet of 32nd Street, <br />now szecated and abutting the north side of said <br />lots, all being in Forest Park Addition to the <br />City of Kearney, Nebraska. <br />The respondent assumes the sole responsibility for payment of <br />the existing mortgage indebtedness against said premises. <br />
