This agreement is made in contemplation of this Court entering a decree dissolving the marriage of the parties hereto in this action. This agreement shall become effective only upon its being approved by this court in this action. When approved, this agreement shall be made a part of the decree of dissolution of marriage by attaching it thereto as an exhibit and incorporated therein by reference. 2. The marriage of the parties is irretrievably broken and every reasonable effort to effect reconciliation has been made. 3. The respondent assumes the sole responsibility for payment of the existing mortgage indebtedness against said premises.
