GION, ) <br />CASE NO. 67 - 42 <br />Petitioner, ) <br />DECREE OF DISSOLUTION <br />VS. ) OF MARRIAGE <br />MARTHA L. GION, ) <br />Respondent. <br />This cause came on to be heard this 10th day of February, <br />1977 upon the petition of the petitioner, the settlement agree- <br />ment of the parties, and voluntary appearance and waiver of <br />notice of the respondent. <br />Testimony and evidence was taken and received and upon <br />consideration thereof the Court finds as follows: <br />1. This Court has jurisdiction of these proceedings. <br />2. More than 60 days have elapsed since the filing <br />herein of the voluntary appearance of the respondent. <br />3. Every reasonable effort for reconciliation has been <br />made but that the marriage of the partieA;_.is irretrievably <br />broken. <br />4. <br />No minor children <br />are affected by this <br />proceedings. <br />5. <br />The parties hereto <br />have entered into an <br />agreement <br />in settlement of their property rights, division of property, <br />assumption of debts, alimony, support, costs of this action, <br />and that such settlement agreement is reasonable and proper. <br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED: <br />1. Every reasonable effort for reconciliation has been <br />made but the marriage of the parties is irretrievably broken. <br />2. The settlement agreement pertaining to division of <br />property, alimony, support, and the costs of this action is <br />approved, directed to be attached to this decree, and incorporated <br />by reference. <br />3. All costs of this proceedings wre to be paid by the <br />petitioner, including attorney fees. <br />
