�i ? ! a <br />"' pia ,� •� A � � ) �! .{� <br />.tai U <br />•-� - I x`� U Q S <br />ce <br />Nebraska Public Power District J <br />EASENENT FOR ELECTRIC TRANSMISSION LINE <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: <br />` That 'Ault County, Nebraska, a body politic and corporate, in consideration of S 1.00, receipt of which is hereby <br />acknowledged, and the further payment of a sun to make total payment of S1,00, does) hereby grant and convey unto Nebraska <br />Public Power District (hereinafter tatted District), its lessees, successor. and asai9ns, the permanent right, prlvile9e, and <br />easement of right�of -way to construct, operate, maintain, inspect, repair, remove, alter, relocate and reconstruct its <br />mlect -ic transmission lines, including all necessary poles, wires, goys and other equipment used in connection therewith, <br />ono a route described herein. The Centerline of the electric transmission line shall be established by the actual location <br />of the electric transmission line as originally constructed on said premises. The location of the right -of -wry is described <br />as follows: <br />An easement area being a strip of land over, Cutler, upon and across a portion of Government Lot 2 and the accretion <br />thereto, and a portion / <br />th the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter ell in Section 21, Township 10 North, <br />Range 9 Vas[ of the 6P.N., Hall County, Nebraska, EXCEPT that portion deeded to the State of Nebraska for <br />Interstate Highway No. 80 right-of -way and EXCEPT for South Locust Street right-cf -way, said easement area is shown <br />cn Exhibit " A" attached hereto and incorporated herein. <br />Tnu easement area for the electric transmission tine contains 1.95 acres more or less. <br />The District shalt have the right of ingress and egress across end along the property within the easement area for any <br />purpose - connection with the survey, construction, operation, maintenance, inspection, repair, removal, alteration, <br />reI OCB[l On and recoMtruttlpn Of the Dlst rill's electric transmission lines Or any associated equipment used In connection <br />therewith. <br />The D1s RICt Shall also have the right at any tlf4 [a trim er remove such trees and underbrush within the easement ar as <br />Ray in any way anJan,,r or interfere with the safe construction, operation, maintenance, alteration or reconstruction of its <br />v n <br />ans issi Dn tins am epuip nn <br />nent used in connection therewith, including but not Limited to topping or removing any other <br />trees which in fatting could come within fifreen (15) feet of the nearest electric line conductor.
