<br /> (the"Mortgage"), given to secure the payment of a note of even da,te thereof in the principal sum
<br /> of $ 135,738.90 with interest, etc. (the"Note"), and secured upon a11 that certain real property
<br /> located 11 SONJA DRIVE , DOI�TIPHAN NE 68832 IN HALL COUNTY.
<br /> Assignor now desires to transfer all of it's rights as mortgagee under the Mortgagee to

<br /> Assignee to Assignor at the time of the execution hereof, the receipt and sufficiency of and set

<br /> Mortgage, and a11 moneys, principal and interest due thereof, together with a11 rights, remedies
<br /> and incidents thereunto belonging, and a11 of Assignor's right, title, interest, property, claim and
<br /> demand in and to the same.
<br /> TO HAVE, hold receive and take a11 and singular the hereditaments and premises hereby
<br /> granted and assigned. or mentioned and intended so to be, with the appurtenances, unto the said
<br /> Assignee, it's successors and assigns, to and for its and their only proper use and benefit forever;
<br /> subject, nevertheless, to the equity of redemption of said Mortgagor in the Mortgage, and his
<br /> heirs and assigns therein.
