<br />NOTICE OF DEFAULT
<br />Notice is hereby given that Sandy L. Sealock, a single person, Trustor under a Deed of Trust
<br />recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska on August 17, 1995 as Document
<br />No. 95- 105558 of the Mortgage Records, which Deed of Trust conveyed the following described real estate,
<br />to -wit:
<br />A part of Block 2, Koehler Subdivision, located upon a part of the SE1 /4
<br />SW1 /4 of Section 15, Township 11 North, Range 9 West of the 6`h P.M., Hall
<br />County and a part of Lot 14, of the County Subdivision of the W1 /2 SW1 /4
<br />of Section 15, Township 11 North, Range 9 West of the 6th P.M., Hall
<br />County, Nebraska more particularly described as follows to -wit: Commencing
<br />at a point on the North boundary line of said Block which point is 160
<br />feet East of the Northwest corner of said Block, running
<br />thence South parallel with the West boundary line of said Block for a distance
<br />of 204.9 feet to a point on the Northerly boundary line of the Belt Line of the
<br />Chicago, Burlington & Quincy Railroad Company, running thence in a
<br />Northeasterly direction along and upon said Northerly boundary line of said
<br />Belt Line for a distance of 62.8 feet, running thence Northerly parallel with
<br />the Westerly boundary line of said Block, for a distance of 175 feet to the
<br />North line of said Block, running thence West along and upon said North
<br />boundary line of said Block for a distance of 55 feet to the place of beginning,
<br />have breached an obligation for which said trust property was conveyed as security and are in default under
<br />the terms of said Deed of Trust. The nature of such breach is as follows: Failure to pay the note secured by
<br />said Deed of Trust when due. On account of such breach, pursuant to said Deed of Trust the Assignee
<br />Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has elected to sell or cause to be sold such trust property to satisfy said
<br />indebtedness.
<br />The above debt will be assumed valid unless you notify the undersigned in writing that you dispute
<br />the debt or any portion thereof within thirty (30) days from your receipt of this notice. If you notify the
<br />undersigned in writing within this time period, we will mail you a verification of the debt. In addition, if the
<br />original creditor is different from the above -named creditor, the name and address of the original creditor
<br />will be provided to you if you request this information in writing from the undersigned within thirty (30)
<br />days from your receipt of this notice. Despite the 30 -day period mentioned above, we are authorized to
<br />continue this collection action.
