Trustor, and each of them if more than one, hereby <br />disclaims Trustor's right to designate a homestead on said real estate. No part of Trustor's homestead is presently <br />or will in the future be situated upon said real estate. NOBLE, <br />husband and wife, whose address is 1030 Highland Drive, Hastings, Nebraska 68901, Trustors, whether one or more <br />(hereinafter referred to as "Borrower "), Charles W. Hastings, Attorney at Law, P.O. Box 1044, Hastings, Nebraska <br />68902 -1044 (herein "Trustee "), and DAVID E. BARROWS as Personal Representative of the Estate of ELEANOR <br />M.
