<br />     			THIS  INDENTURE,  Made  and  Executed  this  ��    day  of  June,   1999,       	�

<br />    		said  party  of  the  first  part  does  hereby  covenant,   that  said  party
<br />    		of  the  first  part  is  lawfully  seised  of  said  premises,   that  said
<br />   		premises     are     free     from     incumbrance     except     easements     and
<br />    		restrictions   of   record   and   a   First   Mortgage   in   favor   of   the
<br />    		Equitable  Building  and  Loan Association  of  Grand  Island,  Nebraska,
<br />    		dated  June  18,   1987  and  recorded  as  Instrument  Number  87-1037,   in
<br />    		the   office   of   the   Register   of   Deeds   in   and   for   Hall   County,
<br />    		Nebraska,   and  that  said  party  of  the  first  part  will  warrant  and
