<br /> THIS INDENTURE, Made and Executed this �� day of June, 1999, �
<br /> by and between Francis J. Perkins, a single person, party of the
<br /> first part; and Maude E. Walters and Clarence O. Walters, wife and
<br /> husband, party of the second part .

<br /> Commencing at the Southeast (SE) corner of said Lot Five (5) ,
<br /> as described above, running thence East for a distance of
<br /> Thirty-Three (33) feet, running thence North for a distance of
<br /> Eleven and Eight Tenths (11 . 8) feet, running thence West for
<br /> a distance of Thirty-Three (33) feet and running thence South
<br /> for a distance of Eleven and Eight Tenths (11 . 8) feet to the

<br /> together with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances to
<br /> the same belonging, and all the estate, title, dower right of
<br /> homestead, claims and demands whatsoever of the said party of the

<br /> of the first part is lawfully seised of said premises, that said
<br /> premises are free from incumbrance except easements and
<br /> restrictions of record and a First Mortgage in favor of the
<br /> Equitable Building and Loan Association of Grand Island, Nebraska,
<br /> dated June 18, 1987 and recorded as Instrument Number 87-1037, in
<br /> the office of the Register of Deeds in and for Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska, and that said party of the first part will warrant and
<br /> defend the title to said premises against the lawful claims and
<br /> demands of all persons whomsoever they may be, including costs and
<br /> reasonable attorneys fees .
