<br />107), Grantor, conveys and releases subject to visible easements,
<br />easements and restrictions of record, to MARY MAXINE BALDWIN,
<br />individually, Grantee, the following described real estate in
<br />Hall County, Nebraska: Outlot C2 and Lot Nine (9), both in Block
<br />Two (2), Ponderosa Lake Estates Fifth Subdivision, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />Grantor has determined that the Grantee designated herein is
<br />the person entitled to distribution of the real estate from said
<br />estate. Grantor covenants with Grantee that Grantor has legal
<br />power and lawful authority to convey and release the same.
<br />This corrective deed memorializes that the ownership of
<br />Outlot C2 remains with Lot Nine (9) as provided in paragraph 8 of
<br />the Subdivision Agreement recorded as document no. 200106180 in

<br />distributed to the Grantee instead of only an undivided one -half
