BORROWER'S RIGHT TO PREPAY;PREPAYMENT CHARGE <br /> I have the right to make payments of principal at any time before they are due, together <br /> with accrued interest. When I make a prepayment, I will tell the Note Holder in writing <br /> that I am doing so. If I make a partial prepayment,there will be no changes in the due date <br /> or in the amount of my monthly payment unless the Note Holder agrees in writing to those <br /> changes. If within two ( 2 )years from the date of execution of the Security Instrument <br /> (as defined below) I make a full prepayment or partial prepayment(s), I will at the same <br /> time pay to the Note Holder a prepayment charge. An amount not exceeding twenty <br /> percent(20%)of the original principal amount may be prepaid in any twelve-month period <br /> without penalty. A prepayment charge will be imposed on any amount prepaid in any <br /> twelve-month period in excess of twenty percent(20%)of the original principal amount of <br /> the loan which charge shall not exceed an amount equal to the payment of six months' <br /> advance interest on the amount prepaid in excess of twenty percent (20%) of the original <br /> principal amount. The prepayment charge shall be payable regardless of whether the <br /> prepayment is voluntary or whether it is involuntarily caused by a default of the terms of <br /> this Note and the underlying Security Instrument securing this Note.
