<br />Inc., and as said Via, •n verifies this account in writing for and on
<br />behalf of Jerry's Sheet Metal, Heating & Cooling, Inc.
<br />2. Jerry's Sheet Metal, Heating & Cooling, Inc., by and through its duly
<br />authorized agents, provided materials and labor for work done on property located at 715
<br />West Division, Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, legally described as follows:
<br />The Westerly Seventeen Feet (W 17') of Lot Two (2) and the
<br />Easterly Thirty -three Feet (E33') of Lot Three (3), all in Block
<br />One Hundred and Two (102), in Koenig & Wiebe's Addition to
<br />the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />3. Materials were furnished and used in the course of the installation of two
<br />heating and cooling systems in the improvement to said property at the request of Nita
<br />Danklesen, owner of said property on January 6, 2004, and the balance remaining due
<br />for said heating and cooling systems and the installation of the same is the sum of Seven
<br />Thousand Five Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($7,550.00).
