KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT, WHEREAS all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust, hereinafter called the Trust Deed,
<br />executed byTony R. Robertson and Celeste M. Robertson, Husband and Wife, as Trustor, to Platte
<br />Valley State Bank & Trust Company, as Trustee, for the benefit of Platte Valley State Bank & Trust
<br />Company, the Beneficiary named therein, dated the 14th day of August, 2002 and recorded on the 28th day of
<br />August, 2002, at the Register of Deeds Office, Hall County, Nebraska, at Inst. 0200208996, has been paid,
<br />and said Beneficiary has requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.

<br />release, and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and estate derived to said
