<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT, WHEREAS all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust, hereinafter called the Trust Deed,
<br />executed by Tony R. Robertson and Celeste M. Robertson, Husband and Wife, as Trustor, to Platte
<br />Valley State Bank & Trust Company, as Trustee, for the benefit of Platte Valley State Bank & Trust
<br />Company, the Beneficiary named therein, dated the 14th day of April, 2003 and recorded on the 24th day of
<br />April, 2003, at the Register of Deeds Office, Hall County, Nebraska, at Inst. 0200305044, has been paid,
<br />and said Beneficiary has requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary named in the Trust Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents grant, remise,
<br />release, and reconveyto the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and estate derived to said
<br />Trustee by or through the Trust Deed, in and to the following- described real property (as defined in Neb.
<br />Rev. Stat. Section 76- 1001):
<br />LOTS SEVEN (7) AND EIGHT (8), AND THE SOUTH ONE -HALF (S1/2) OF LOT NINE (9) IN
<br />BLOCK ELEVEN (11), IN THE ORIGINAL TOWN OF CAIRO, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
