Robertson and Celeste M. Robertson, Husband and Wife, as Trustor, to Platte <br />Valley State Bank & Trust Company, as Trustee, for the benefit of Platte Valley State Bank & Trust <br />Company, the Beneficiary named therein, dated the 14th day of April, 2003 and recorded on the 24th day of <br />April, 2003, at the Register of Deeds Office, Hall County, Nebraska, at Inst. 0200305044, has been paid, <br />and said Beneficiary has requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the <br />Beneficiary named in the Trust Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents grant, remise, <br />release, and reconveyto the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and estate derived to said <br />Trustee by or through the Trust Deed, in and to the following- described real property (as defined in Neb. <br />Rev.
