Baack, Trustee under a certain Deed of Trust dated February •�� <br /> 17, 1995, wherein William J. Elder and Marilyn E. Elder, Husband and Wife, were the Trustors, <br /> � � which was filed for record in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,Nebraska, on <br /> � February 17, 1995, as Document No. 95-100928, and a certain Deed of Trust dated October 15, <br /> � 1996, wherein William J. Elder and Marilyn E. Elder, Husband and Wife, were the Trustors, <br /> � which was filed for record in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,Nebraska, on <br /> October 23, 1996, as Document No. 96-108311,both of which contain as trust property, the <br /> following-described real estates: <br /> The South Ninety-One (91) feet of Lot Five (5), Block Eight (8), Original <br /> Town, now City of Grand Island, Hall County,Nebraska, <br /> Lot Twenty-Eight (28), Eaglewood Acres Subdivision, in Hall County, <br /> Nebraska, <br /> together with all improvements now or hereafter erected on the property, and easements, appur- <br /> tenances, and fixtures now or hereafter a part of the property, including all replacements and <br /> additions thereto, which were referred to in such Deeds of Trust as the "Property", hereby gives <br /> notice of default of said Trustors for the reason that the said Trustors, William J. Elder and <br /> Marilyn E. Elder, Husband and Wife, have failed to make the payments of principal and interest <br /> due in respect to the Notes secured by the Deeds of Trust. <br /> By reason of such default, the undersigned Trustee hereby elects to sell or cause to be <br /> sold the above real estates to satisfy the obligations of certain Notes dated February 17, 1995 and <br /> October 15, 1996, owing from Trustors to the Beneficiary, Home Federal Savings and Loan <br /> Association of Grand Island,pursuant to the terms of the Deeds of Trust referred to above which <br /> secure this obligation. �� <br /> end R.
