<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under
<br />the Deed of Trust dated August 20, 1999, executed by Mandy C. Mader, Max A. Mader, and
<br />Lizbeth N. Mader, with Vesting as Follows: Mandy C. Mader, a Single Person and Max A. Mader
<br />and Lizbeth N. Mader, Husband and Wife, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank is named as
<br />Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of
<br />Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, on Septemer 1, 1999, recorded as Iostnunent No. 0099108732 and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points
<br />Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust
<br />above mentioned as follows:
<br />LOT ONE (1), M. AND W. SUBDIVISION, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned m Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska, this 1 st of Much, 2004.
